The internet site www.pvt-advisors.com is operated by PVT Financial Advisors SE (“PVT”). You agree to the following General Terms and Conditions of Use by using the internet page:
1. Protected content, downloads
All text, graphics, images, logos or symbols (hereinafter, “content”) provided on this internet site or which can be downloaded are protected trademarks and copyright protected works of us, our partners or third parties who have authorized us to make them available. The use of this content is only permitted for private use without any change in form, but not for commercial use and/or political purposes.
2. No liability for content
2.1 Although we prepare content with the greatest possible standard of care, we cannot offer any warranty for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the content. All liability for the content of third parties is excluded unless we have recognizably incorporated this content as our own by, for example, commenting on it, embedding it in our own content or stating the content as our opinion. In this situation, the provision in Clause 2.2 applies.
2.2 We are responsible for our own content in accordance with the general laws pursuant to § 7 para. 1 German Telemedia Act [Telemediengesetz, “TMG”]. Except in the case of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we do not assume any warranty for the accuracy, completeness or ability to be used commercially. 2.3 As a service provider within the meaning of §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are not required to monitor information transmitted or stored by third parties or to research circumstances indicating illegal activity. This does not affect any obligation to remove or block the use of information under general law. Any liability for the designated information exists only starting at that point in time when we obtain knowledge about the specific violation of the law. As soon as we become aware that information transmitted or stored by third parties violates the law, we will immediately remove it from our site.
3. No liability for content at linked sites
We cannot offer any warranty for third party content and websites of third parties which are linked on our site. The respective provider or operator is responsible for the content of the linked sites. We have examined the linked sites at the time of linking with regard to their compliance with the law applicable at that time. Violations of the law were not identifiable at that time. We cannot be reasonably expected to permanently monitor the content on the linked websites of third parties without having specific indications about a violation of the law, so that permanent monitoring does not take place. Upon becoming aware of violations of the law, however, we will immediately remove such links.
4. Exclusion of liability

The provisions in Clauses 2 and 3 are not affected.
5. General
If individual provisions in these Terms and Conditions of Use are invalid or if the Terms and Conditions of Use contain a gap, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time in our free discretion by publishing revised Terms and Conditions of Use. The continued use of this internet site after publication of the modified Terms and Conditions of Use constitutes acceptance of the modifications. German law applies, subject to exclusion of the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and the provisions on conflicts of laws [Internationales Privatrecht].
